Bhagydaya Campus,was established in 2002 at Shankharapur – 6, Sankhu, Kathmandu as a community campus by the local people team led by late social worker Jog Meher Shrestha at the premise of Shree Bhagydaya Secondary School to cater the need of tertiary level education of the locality and to produce skilled management graduates. Since then, it has been running Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and from 2012 Bachelors in Education (B.Ed.) affiliated from Tribhuvan University (TU). The Special General Assembly of the Bhagyodaya Campus senators on 4 December, 2020 took a decision of handing over the campus to the Shankharapur Municipality to cope with the changing time and the educational necessities. The management committee handed over the campus to the Shankharapur Municipality on 16 June, 2021. Now this campus is an undertaking of Shankharapur Municipality. The management committee of this campus is headed by Mr. Subarna Shrestha, Mayor of Shankharapur Municipality.
